We led the multi-million dollar Enterprise Budgeting and Forecasting solution based on Anaplan, including integration with Salesforce, HFM, SAP, managing a large team of on-shore and off-shore resources, making sure this Agile project was delivered on time and budget.
We engaged with the C-Level Stakeholders (CIO / CTO / CFO / COO) and made sure the solution addressed their requirements. We Prepared EA Roadmaps, Target State Transition Architecture and Business Cases.
In addition we prepared Solution Architecture Document (SAD) including Business, Technology, Infrastructure, Security and Integration Architectures, while managing annual portfolio and project budget.
