- Engaged with the C-Level Stakeholders and made sure the solution addressed their requirements
- Represented the solution to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and made sure the solution alignment with Enterprise Architecture Roadmap & Guidelines
- Owned the solution, managed vendors, contractors and project managers and followed through the solution issues until resolution
- Designed & implemented a cloud-based project estimation solution (Microsoft Azure)
